Befriended by Rick Jones, a young lad saved by Banner's act of heroism, the pair then set out on an amazing sequence of adventures. By day, Banner is tormented in the knowledge that he is powerless to prevent the monster within from returning. By night, Banner becomes the Hulk, hunted by U.S. General ‘Thunderbolt” Ross, and causing boundless devastation!
