Sam was always jealous of his younger brother, Humphrey, the famous wunderkind pianist. But now that Humphrey is fifteen, the former child prodigy isn’t getting bookings. Refusing to accept the end of Humphrey’s career, Sam’s mother devises a scheme: Sam will compose ‘new works’ by a long dead gypsy composer, and they will tell the world that the composer is dictating the music to Humphrey from the grave.
The scheme is a success - until ghostly occurrences suggest that the spirit of the dead composer has really possessed Humphrey’s fingers. Has the family unleashed a force from beyond the grave?
